2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send a single email to our support team at support@seeral.app. Please include your order details, registered email address, and transaction number. We process all valid refund requests promptly.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will be made.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not available for billing cycles that have already been fully completed, or for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
